I would add. To make friends with the survivors parts. They need love, acceptance & appreciation for the hard jobs they do to keep us from feeling the trauma & pain until they get too tired to continue doing their jobs. Befriending & loving all my parts, no matter how difficult they seem to be, has been a huge part of my healing & becoming whole with all parts of my soul. This takes time & a lot of patience.

Hi Kate! My name is Kate and I am also a survivor of SRA, and MK programming. Thank you so much for sharing these helpful tips! My husband is really struggling with the brutality of my abuse. It is mind boggling to him how anyone could treat a child the way I was treated by my parents, grandparents, and teachers at my elite private school. He already does a lot of these things for me. We raised two amazing smart kids together who possibly were the first un abused kids in my family tree for many generations. My family tree has Freemasonry and satanism going back to the year 1000. Thank you for advocating for us and for the encouragement you give so generously! I am a new subscriber.

Thank you! I have a good support spiritual sister straight from God!

I'm going to pass this on. It is very difficult for outsiders to fully understand programming, understandably so.

I listened to you in Emma's show and I'm looking forward to joining your Substack. Thank you for sharing your wisdom Kate. It puts some wind in my sails to hear survivors. I admire your bravery

Wow this is really beautiful.

The ‘alone’ one hit me; I’m wondering if there’s anything forcing me to be that.

But truthfully I’d rather be alone; I’m getting some noticeable strides in healing while being away from all of those that aren’t capable of anything remotely similar to this list (and also away from the perps). Hoping that all this one-on-one w/ the Father is going to eliminate those triggers anyway, and so HOWever others respond won’t matter anyway… we shall see! 💜

Thank you for sharing this my sister, Kate!
